These terms apply to enquiries, quotations, and equipment rentals booked through this website or arranged with Eventory Asia, a brand operated by Yetivate Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202437401C). They’re a general summary — the specific quotation and rental agreement issued for your booking sets out the full terms for that job and takes precedence over this page in the event of any conflict.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry through this site doesn’t create a booking or reserve equipment — it starts a request for a quotation. No prices are shown publicly on the site; a quotation is prepared and sent to you based on your event details, and equipment is only held once a quotation is confirmed. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and may be revised (versioned) if your requirements change before confirmation.

Bookings and availability

Equipment is allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Where an item becomes unavailable after a quotation is issued, we’ll offer a substitute of comparable specification or adjust the quotation accordingly before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit, balance, and due dates) are stated on each quotation and invoice. Rental equipment remains the property of Eventory Asia or its vendor partners at all times.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate event details (dates, venue access, power availability) so equipment and staffing are correctly planned
Ensure a suitable, secure environment for the equipment for the duration of the rental
Report any damage, malfunction, or loss during the rental period as soon as it occurs

The client is responsible for loss or damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear, as set out in the rental agreement for the booking.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in your quotation. Where work (design, custom builds, or vendor bookings) has already started on a confirmed job, cancellation fees may apply as stated on the relevant quotation or agreement.

Liability

Eventory Asia works with a vetted vendor network to deliver, set up, and support rented equipment. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from an event, beyond what’s expressly agreed in the rental agreement for that booking.
