Eventory Asia (“we”, “us”) provides event technology rental services in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how it’s handled, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Eventory Asia is a brand operated by Yetivate Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202437401C).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, register an account, or contact us, we may collect:

Name, company name, email address, and phone number
Event details you provide (dates, venue, pax count, setup/teardown times, notes)
Files you choose to upload (e.g. floor plans, run of show, bill of quantities)
Account credentials, if you register for a client login

We don’t collect payment card details through this site — invoicing and payment are handled separately once a quotation is confirmed.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
To coordinate delivery, setup, and teardown for a confirmed booking
To send you the quotation, invoice, or related updates by email or WhatsApp
To maintain your account so you can view past enquiries, quotations, and invoices

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it’s stored

Enquiry, account, and quotation data is stored with Supabase (database infrastructure). Email delivery, when connected, is handled through Resend. Confirmed bookings may also be synced to our accounting system (Xero) for invoicing. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and data-handling terms.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to fulfil a booking and meet our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations, after which it’s deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent for us to continue using it (which may limit our ability to process an active enquiry or booking). To do so, or with any other question about this policy, contact us at hello@eventory.asia.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
