Do you show prices on the website?
No — pricing depends on rental duration, quantities, and event specifics, so we don't publish prices publicly. Submit an enquiry with your event details and you'll receive a quotation, typically within the same week.
How does the enquiry and quotation process work?
Add the equipment you need to your cart, then submit an enquiry with your event date, venue, and contact details. Our team reviews it and sends back a priced quotation, usually within the same week, which you can accept or ask us to revise.
What's the typical lead time for booking equipment?
Most equipment can be confirmed with 1 to 2 weeks' notice, subject to availability. Larger multi-category setups, custom branding, or high-demand periods around major exhibition weeks need 3 to 4 weeks — check the individual product page for item-specific lead times.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment, or is it self-collection?
Delivery, setup, and teardown are included as standard for most categories; self-collection isn't offered given the technical nature of the equipment. Confirm your venue and load-in access in your enquiry so setup can be scheduled correctly.
What areas of Singapore do you service?
We service events islandwide, including major venues such as Marina Bay Sands, Suntec Singapore, Singapore EXPO, and Sands Expo & Convention Centre, as well as hotel ballrooms, malls, and corporate offices.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms and any deposit requirement are confirmed on your quotation, along with the quotation's validity period. Specific terms can vary by event size and equipment value.
Can I make changes after a quotation is sent?
Yes. Quotations can be revised — adjusting items, quantities, or rental days — before you confirm, and each revision is tracked as a new version so you can see what changed.
Can I rent equipment from multiple categories for one event?
Yes, that's the most common way our clients book. Add items from any of the 6 categories into a single cart and submit them together in one enquiry, and we'll return one consolidated quotation covering everything.
